Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on nocensor.ai:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated depictions of minors
Non-consensual intimate images (NCII) of real, identifiable persons
Content created for the purpose of harassment, extortion, or blackmail
Content that violates applicable law in the user's jurisdiction

CSAM Prevention

nocensor.ai has zero tolerance for CSAM. We implement automated detection systems and report any discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

We are enrolling in Microsoft's PhotoDNA hash-matching program to detect known CSAM material. Until enrollment is complete, we use perceptual hashing and manual review as interim measures.

NCII Reporting (TAKE IT DOWN Act)

If non-consensual intimate imagery of you has been created or distributed using our service, you may report it to legal@nocensor.ai. We will:

Remove the reported content within 48 hours of receiving a valid report
Take action against the account responsible
Cooperate with law enforcement as required

Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in:

Immediate content removal
Account suspension or permanent termination
Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
Forfeiture of remaining credits (no refund)
