Content Policy

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on nocensor.ai:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated depictions of minors
  • Non-consensual intimate images (NCII) of real, identifiable persons
  • Content created for the purpose of harassment, extortion, or blackmail
  • Content that violates applicable law in the user's jurisdiction

CSAM Prevention

nocensor.ai has zero tolerance for CSAM. We implement automated detection systems and report any discovered CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

We use perceptual hashing and manual review to detect prohibited material.

NCII Reporting (TAKE IT DOWN Act)

If non-consensual intimate imagery of you has been created or distributed using our service, you may submit a removal request to legal@nocensor.ai. To be valid under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, your request must include:

  • Your full name and contact information (email address)
  • Identification of the content — a URL, description, or any information sufficient to locate it
  • A statement that you are the person depicted, or are submitting on behalf of the person depicted
  • A statement that the content was created or shared without your consent
  • A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information in your request is accurate

Upon receiving a valid request, we will:

  • Remove the reported content within 48 hours
  • Take action against the account responsible
  • Cooperate with law enforcement as required

Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account suspension or permanent termination
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits (no refund)

Enforcement Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days of the enforcement action by contacting legal@nocensor.ai with the subject line "Enforcement Appeal". Your appeal must include your account email address and a description of why you believe the action was taken in error.

We will review all appeals and respond within 7 business days. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement. Accounts terminated for CSAM violations are not eligible for appeal.
