2. Service Description

nocensor.ai provides AI-powered image and video generation tools. All content is generated by artificial intelligence models. The service operates on a credit-based system — users purchase credits to generate content.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You are responsible for all content you generate using the service.
• You must not generate content depicting real minors in any context.
• You must not use the service to create non-consensual intimate images (NCII) of real, identifiable individuals.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Face Swap — Consent and Biometric Data

The face swap feature processes facial images using AI. By uploading face images, you represent that you have obtained explicit consent from the individual depicted, or that the image is of yourself. Uploaded face images are processed on secure GPU infrastructure and deleted within 48 hours of generation completion.

5. Payments and Refunds

Credits are purchased via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, other supported coins) or credit card. Payments are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits do not expire.

6. Prohibited Content

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-generated
• Non-consensual intimate images of real, identifiable persons
• Content that violates applicable law

Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. NCII Reporting (TAKE IT DOWN Act)

If you believe non-consensual intimate imagery of you has been generated or distributed using our service, you may submit a report to legal@nocensor.ai. We will remove reported content within 48 hours of receiving a valid report, as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly violate these terms or submit invalid DMCA counter-notices will have their accounts permanently terminated.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. nocensor.ai is not liable for any content generated by users. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
