Trust & Safety

Our commitment
nocensor.ai operates an adult AI image and video generation platform. We take safety seriously and have zero tolerance for content that depicts minors, real persons without their consent, or material created for harassment or extortion. This page summarizes the controls, policies, and frameworks we follow.
Automated moderation
All text prompts are screened by an automated safety filter that rejects:
- Explicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) terms and known patterns
- Age-of-subject indicators below 18 when co-occurring with sexual terms
- Content combining terms describing minors with sexual context
Rejected prompts return a content-policy error to the user. We do not auto-suspend accounts on a single filter trigger; persistent or egregious patterns are reviewed manually and may result in account suspension.
For face-swap and other image-upload workflows, every submission requires the user to attest that the uploaded subject is at least 18 years old AND is either themselves, a consenting adult, or a public figure for satire/commentary. We do not permit creating sexually explicit content depicting real persons without their explicit consent (DEFIANCE Act).
Reporting
If non-consensual intimate imagery of you has been created or distributed using our service, you can submit a removal request at /report. We issue a tracking ID with every submission and resolve valid requests within 48 hours as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
For other concerns:
- Copyright / DMCA: dmca@nocensor.ai
- General content-policy violations: legal@nocensor.ai
External cooperation
We report any discovered child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (REPORT Act). We cooperate with law enforcement requests where legally required.
AI transparency
All images and videos generated on nocensor.ai are produced by artificial intelligence. No real human performers are involved in the generation process. Under the EU AI Act (Article 50), we operate as a deployer of third-party AI models, not as a general-purpose AI provider. Users are informed of AI generation at point of use and via our footer disclosure.
Age verification
Users self-attest to being 18 or older at signup, including an explicit acceptance of our Terms of Service. We are tracking the evolving landscape of state age-verification laws (Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Utah, Virginia, and others) and may add stronger verification methods in the future. The current jurisdiction's law applies at the user's location of access.
Framework alignment
Our practices are informed by:
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF) 1.1 — MAP / MEASURE / MANAGE
- EU AI Act transparency obligations (Article 50) for deployers of synthetic-content systems
- TAKE IT DOWN Act (federal, in force since 19 May 2026) — 48-hour NCII removal
- DEFIANCE Act (federal, pending) — civil liability for non-consensual sexually explicit deepfakes
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (REPORT Act) — mandatory CSAM reporting
This page is updated as the regulatory landscape evolves.
