How is a trained Character different from a prompt or a seed?
A seed pins the look for one generation; it does not transfer a specific identity to new poses or scenes. A Character is a model fine-tuned on real photos, so the same face appears in any prompt, pose, or style.
Does the same character work in video?
Yes, through image-to-video. Generate an image of your Character, then use it as the starting frame in the video workflow. The clip starts on your Character's face and body. "Continue from last frame" picks up the next clip from where the last one ended. You can't pick a trained Character inside the video workflow itself; only our built-in characters marked Video Ready appear there.
How many photos and how long does training take?
10–20 photos. Fast ~30 min (350 credits), Standard ~60 min (500 credits), Quality ~90 min (750 credits). All on cloud GPU — no local hardware.
Are trained Characters private?
Yes. Characters are stored privately on your account, never shown to other users, never added to any public feed, and never used to train platform models.

Yes, for a fictional character or for yourself. Train the Character once, then generate every image post from it so the face stays the same across your feed. Do not train a Character on someone else's photos without their consent.
