Two different sites
NoCensorAI (nocensorai.com) is not nocensor.ai
If you were charged by "NoCensorAI" or Axcer Innovation, that purchase was made on nocensorai.com, a different company with a similar name. We can't see, refund or move it, but we can show you where to go.

How to tell which site charged you
- Read the seller name on the receipt or card statement. "Axcer Innovation" or "NoCensorAI" means nocensorai.com.
- Check how you paid. nocensor.ai never charges a card itself: a card payment to us goes through Telegram Stars and appears as a Telegram purchase.
- Check the plan name. A monthly "Studio Plan" is theirs. Our Studio Pack is a one-time purchase.
- Check the email. Our receipts come from an @nocensor.ai address and name a pack, not a plan.
If nocensorai.com charged you
Contact the seller printed on your invoice. They are the only ones who can refund the charge, give you what you paid for, or cancel a plan before it renews. If you can't reach them, the bank that issued your card can review the charge with that merchant.
An account on nocensor.ai with the same email does not carry their plan or credits. The two sites share no accounts and no payments.
How nocensor.ai charges
Pay with crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR, USDT, USDC), Paysafecard, or Telegram Stars. Crypto checkout needs no billing address, no card number and no real name; card, Apple Pay and Google Pay go through Telegram Stars on your Telegram account.
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews unless you choose the optional VIP subscription in Telegram.
